Experience report on our "cash & drive" offer

The "cash & drive" offer, also known as the sale & rent back principle, is a classic sale-leaseback and a special form of leasing. As a rule, a private individual or an organization sells their vehicle (car, truck, van), receives immediate cash in return, and then rents the vehicle or several vehicles back from Pfando.

The advantages lie particularly in the fast, unbureaucratic liquidity, without any credit check or Schufa query. Furthermore, the continued use of the vehicle is a convincing argument. Below you can read how Pfando is rated on the internet.

Pfando has an extremely friendly telephone service and provides binding information. Very practical: I was sent the list of things I had to bring via WhatsApp. The appointment was kept and the examination of the papers and the car took place in a very discreet and relaxed atmosphere. Pawning the car is something you do with a queasy feeling. Thanks to the polite, respectful and speedy handling of the matter, this unpleasant step was ultimately a positive experience. Thank you!

I needed €3,000 quickly. I called at 9.30 in the morning, arranged an appointment directly for 10:30, and by 12 o'clock I had my €3,000 in my hand and my problem was solved. I continue to drive my car and pay €240 a month for the €3000. Of course, that's a lot of money, but if I leave it at the classic pawnbroker (like before), I either have to walk or rent an additional (much more expensive) car. So it's really practical for me.

I can only say one thing, I got an appointment on the same day on 02.01.2020. Payout also on the same day. Mr. Kadour from the Hanover Cellerstr branch was very nice and always called back if I had any questions. After 2 weeks I paid back the money and received the vehicle title and key back after 2 days. It is clear that all of this costs money, but you also get money immediately from Pfando. Regarding towed vehicles, I can only say that if you don't pay the installments and pay back the borrowed money at the end of the contract, it's your own fault if the vehicle is gone. All in all, Pfando is recommended, but you have to stick to the contract, and they do too.

With Pfando, an appointment is possible immediately. The payment of the amount of money is immediately available after the vehicle has been valuated. The rental agreement runs for 6 months and you receive the invoice with the payment date monthly. Very friendly and professional service in the Hanover branch. I have used the opportunity at Pfando for the third time and will always use Pfando again if needed!

I have now been to Pfando in Dortmund for the 3rd time. Because it's simply fast and discreet. Of course, it's not cheap at first, but those who can should compare on Check24. No one is forcing you to go there. After my contract ended, I even received a tablet for the loyalty points. Even when repayments were tight, solutions were always offered. From my point of view, therefore, a correct company. Therefore, clearly 5 stars!!!

Top service, every time! Accommodating and helpful staff, a loyal customer for many years with my fleet of vehicles. Quick and straightforward processing. It's logical that, as everywhere else, you have to adhere to deadlines and contracts, that's the same everywhere! Some people seem to overlook that. I have always been satisfied in over 3 years so far. Of course, as an entrepreneur, I have the advantage that I can deduct the leasing costs. That's not the case with an installment loan from the bank + they are not that quick or flexible either. The loyalty program is great, I've already received everything from a tablet to an all-inclusive trip. A reliable partner who stands by you even in bad times!!! Thank you.
